Our engineering team provides free technical consultation and recommends optimal material and design solutions. We'll identify the best approach whether you need design-from-scratch or modification of existing models.

Engineering Design

Our CAD/CAM engineers create detailed 3D renderings and technical drawings for your approval. We provide material performance data sheets, load capacity calculations, and compliance verification. Design revisions are unlimited until you're 100% satisfied.

Dynamic Performance

Our casters are highly tolerant of various environmental and ground conditions and can sustain significant weight pressure. With our rich product choices, you're sure to seize greater profits than with similar products offered by our competitors.

Favorable Price

We cut the costs of labor, maintenance, and logistics by regulating and rationalizing the manufacturing process, providing you valuable solutions at an economical cost.

Prototyping & Sampling

We produce physical samples using production-grade tooling and materials. Samples undergo the same quality control testing as mass production units — including load testing, swivel endurance cycling, and environmental simulation. Free sample modifications until approved.

Mass Production & Delivery

With 20+ injection molding lines running at full capacity, your custom casters are manufactured with consistent precision. Every batch passes 100% inspection. We arrange sea/air freight with full export documentation (packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin).

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Casters

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom casters?

Our standard MOQ for custom casters is 2,000-3,000 pieces, depending on the complexity of tooling and mold requirements. For simple modifications to existing models (color changes, logo engraving), MOQs can be as low as 500 pieces. Contact us for a specific quote based on your project requirements.

Can I get custom caster samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We offer pre-production samples for all custom projects. Standard modification samples (color, size adjustments) are typically ready within 7-10 business days. Fully custom-designed samples with new tooling require 15-25 business days. Sample costs may apply for new mold development but are typically refunded on bulk order placement.

What file formats do you accept for custom caster designs?

We accept design files in STP, STEP, IGS, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, and common image formats. If you have a physical sample or sketch, our engineers can reverse-engineer the design and create production-ready CAD files. We use SolidWorks and AutoCAD for all engineering design work.

How does Inford handle intellectual property (IP) protection for custom designs?

We take IP protection seriously. All custom designs are treated as confidential. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request and maintain strict access controls on custom mold tooling. Custom molds remain your property and are stored securely in our facility throughout the production partnership.

Can Inford ship custom casters internationally?

Yes. We export to 50+ countries with comprehensive logistics support. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and material safety data sheets (MSDS). We work with FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms and partner with trusted freight forwarders for sea and air shipment.

What happens if custom casters don't meet my specifications?

Our quality guarantee covers all custom orders. If any product fails to meet agreed-upon specifications, we provide free replacement or rework at no additional cost. Every shipment includes a quality inspection report and certificate of conformity. We also offer optional third-party inspection through SGS or Bureau Veritas.
